Why Do We Ask for RSVPs?

It is helpful to know who to expect!

• Who should we be watching for at the start?

• Who are we looking out for during the ride?

• What are the levels of riders coming out? This helps us advise as to the first ride for someone to join in on.

• Insurance requires us to know.

It is good for you too! We like for YOU to commit to the ride for yourself! It is a lot easier to get to a ride if you have committed to others. There is never any judgement if you need to cancel for good reasons. However, we hope that making a commitment to ride gets you to the ride!

If you do need to cancel, please email connect@newenglandexpeditionriders.com letting us know so we aren’t looking for you at the start. This makes the organization and smooth running of the ride for all better.
